Suggested Use

Take one or more scoops daily to supplement the diet with additional protein. Mixes great in a blender or shaker with water, rice milk, or your favourite beverage. You may also wish to add in some extra raw cacao powder made from milled cacao beans or nibs. If you desire a sweeter flavour, try adding in some Rapadura (also know n as Panella) sugar, raw unfiltered honey or some raw dark unfiltered agave syrup.
