Eczema is a chronic, itchy skin disorder. As it is an allergic disease, it is usually common in people with other allergies such as hayfever, asthma, dietary allergies to eggs, dairy products, peanuts, potato, glutens etc.

There is an enormous amount of evidence to suggest that eczema sufferers have an inabilty to digest and assimilate essential fatty acids correctly. Many eczema sufferers are also deficient in zinc which along with Vitamin E, are both important in the assimilation and metabolism of Essential Fatty Acids.
